By allowing access to this Site, Raise, LLC does not grant you license to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or sell any Content contained on this site. Any unauthorized usage of aforementioned Content may violate trademark laws, copyright laws, civil statutes, or criminal statutes.

Inventory and Pricing:

Items for sale on the Site are available only while supplies last. There may be instances when products shown on the site are not available for immediate shipping or purchase. All prices shown are in United States Dollars, and are subject to change at the discretion of Raise, LLC.

Charitable Giving and CMP:

WeDrink states that half of all sales will be donated to charity. This does not however include shipping or sales taxes, as these costs vary according to each particular customer’s preferences and location, and are passed directly to the customer. For example, when a customer purchases the WeDrink stainless steel bottle for twenty US Dollars list price, WeDrink and Raise, LLC will deposit ten US Dollars into the Charity Fund.

The Charity Fund represents a savings account that WeDrink and Raise, LLC will use to pool together large numbers of micro-donations through customers. At the end of the designated period (be it month or quarter), Raise, LLC will donate the entire balance in the savings account, including accrued interest, to the designated charities and non-profit organizations.

Product Images:

Items received may not be 100 percent as they appear on the Site. WeDrink and Raise, LLC apologize for this inconvenience, as flawless mass manufacturing and labelling is not an exact science.


Return/Cancellation Policy:

WeDrink does not offer any returns. However, If the customer is not satisfied with the product received, be it broken, damaged, or otherwise unsatisfactory, WeDrink will happily refund the customer's money, minus cost of shipping and charity donation. For example, if a customer requests a refund on a twenty US Dollar WeDrink stainless steel, he/she will only receive back ten dollars (twenty minus the ten donated to charity). This period takes place for 30 days after shipping of the product to the customer. Orders that have not yet been forwarded to shipping may be refunded for their full amount at any time by contacting Raise, LLC at sales@wegiveh2o.com. Raise, LLC recommends the customer consult Google Checkout as well for any cancellation options.


Shipping Policy:

Customers can expect to receive product within a 6-8 business days. However, due to the nature of our business, there may be an instance in which items for sale will be on back-order, in which case delivery could take up to 2-6 weeks. We will do our best to minimize these unfortunate occurrences.Raise, LLC will make every effort to communicate these circumstances to the customers.
